I remember when Dr. Dorothy Yung called me – I was out on a September 2020 late afternoon dog-sit-dog-walk. She and her husband didn’t have time to look after their WordPress site, I think it was down; they certainly weren’t getting much traffic; they didn’t have Google My Business set up or any idea of their rankings. Together, we set a budget, looked over their site to fix a bunch of bugs, updated some images, got control of their Google My Business, and started making changes in page copy and meta titles (etc). to try to get the site ranking for ‘dentists burnaby’ and so on.

We have chair mounted monitors to help with patient education.  Digital cameras are used to document patient’s intra-oral and extra oral conditions.  Digital x-rays are used which reduce radiation exposure levels up to 90%. On-going continuing education is a huge part of our dental practice philosophy.  Our staff is encouraged and supported in continually updating their skills as our dentists are just as enthused in doing the same.
